Q: How do I enroll in online banking?
A: Customers with personal bank accounts may self-enroll at any time by visiting www.midpennbank.com and clicking on Enroll Now under the Electronic Banking/Online Banking.

Q: If I have questions or trouble logging in, whom do I contact?
A: If you have trouble logging in, there are several options available to you:

Q: Can I use the same online banking User ID for both my personal and business accounts?
A: Yes. As long as the User ID is not already in use by another customer, both your personal and business accounts can have the same User ID.

Q: Does Mid Penn Bank honor third party access agreements?
A: No. Users can only access and view accounts of which they are an owner.

Q: Do you offer mobile banking?

Q: If I use MPB EasyPay (bill pay), when are funds taken out of my account?
