Women’s Leadership Network Small Grant Committee

MPB WLN

Grant Opportunity

Founded in 2018 and led by a committee, the Mid Penn Bank Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) was created as a way for female colleagues at all levels, to make connections, share knowledge and experiences, learn about leadership, and enrich their professional development journeys. Recognizing Mid Penn Bank’s profound dedication to the communities it serves, the WLN formed a Small Grant Committee in 2021. The committee’s goal is to have a direct impact outside of the walls of the bank and to encourage philanthropic skills, as a part of leadership development. Mid Penn Bancorp Inc, headquartered in Millersburg, Pennsylvania, has been serving the community since 1868. Mid Penn has 38 retail locations in the state of Pennsylvania and total assets of more than $3 billion. The bank offers a comprehensive portfolio of products and services to meet the banking needs of the communities it serves.

Grant Focus: Our goal is to support programs that educate and empower women. The WLN is interested in supporting programs and initiatives that will make a positive and direct impact on women and families in Pennsylvania. The grant program is open to nonprofit organizations impacting the following areas, including (but not limited to):

  • Health and Wellness (including Mental Health)
  • Human Services
