Jordan Space joined Mid Penn Bank in 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Development Officer. In his role, he assists the CEO in the development of new lines of business across the corporation to increase market share and strengthen Mid Penn’s brand presence throughout the state. Jordan was recognized as one of Central Penn Business Journal’s Power 30 in Banking and Finance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. Jordan serves on the Board of Trustees for Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health as well as the Finance Committee and Mission & Community Benefits Committee. He is also a member of the Lancaster City Alliance Economic Development executive leadership team.

Lola Lamnatos joined Mid Penn Bank in 2023 as Vice President in the Central Pennsylvania region.  With over 20 years of managing relationships and business development experience in the financial services industry,  Lola is dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to both personal and business clients.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Classical Greek from Dickinson College.  Lola is president of her church board, a volunteer of the Salvation Army & York Food Bank and supports the community volunteer efforts of the bank.  She is also a graduate of Leadership York Executive Connections Program.  Lola is an avid sports fan and spends many hours volunteering and cheering on her children’s school and club soccer teams.

John Carpenter joined Mid Penn Bank in 2023 as Vice President in the Central & Eastern Pennsylvania regions. John has experience in business development and relationship management, and has provided services in commercial, consumer, mortgage, and investment products. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. A lifelong resident of Central, Pa., he is active in the community and serves on the board of Union Community Care and the Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education Friends Committee. He is a member of the Men of Iron Executive Mentorship Program, Lancaster Chamber Discovering Pathways Mentor, and Chairman of the Lancaster Recreation Commission Board. In 2018, Carpenter was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award from Central Penn Business Journal.

Paul Lorenz joined Mid Penn Bank in 2023 as Senior Vice President in the Western Pennsylvania region. Paul has broad experience in the financial services industry and has led a team of investment advisors, bankers, and client service associates in various markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California University of Pennsylvania and FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses. He is also licensed to sell life, accident, and health insurance in Pennsylvania. A longtime resident of Western Pa., he is active in his community and has been recognized for consistently delivering for customers, colleagues, communities, and shareholders.

Alex Norcross joined Mid Penn Bank in 2024 as a Professional Development Associate in the Private Bank. He works closely with MPB Sports & Entertainment, a division within the MPB Private Bank. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the Lebow College of Business at Drexel University, he remained there to complete his Master in Business Administration (MBA). He has previously worked at NBC Sports Philadelphia, the Philadelphia 76ers, and Conner Strong & Buckelew.

Melissa Thompson joined Mid Penn Bank in 2023 as Private Client Services & Executive Assistant.  She has over 20 years of Client Services experience through varied industries and for the past 10 years she has been a local property manager, working with her tenants to achieve their dreams of buying the homes they were renting.  Melissa is a lifelong resident of Lancaster and enjoys hiking with her husband and their motley crew when they are not chauffeuring their daughters to dance classes and theater rehearsals.
