John Carpenter joined Mid Penn Bank in 2023 as Vice President in the Central & Eastern Pennsylvania regions. John has experience in business development and relationship management, and has provided services in commercial, consumer, mortgage, and investment products. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. A lifelong resident of Central, Pa., he is active in the community and serves on the board of Union Community Care and the Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education Friends Committee. He is a member of the Men of Iron Executive Mentorship Program, Lancaster Chamber Discovering Pathways Mentor, and Chairman of the Lancaster Recreation Commission Board. In 2018, Carpenter was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award from Central Penn Business Journal.

Alex Norcross joined Mid Penn Bank in 2024 as a Professional Development Associate in the Private Bank. He works closely with MPB Sports & Entertainment, a division within the MPB Private Bank. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the Lebow College of Business at Drexel University, he remained there to complete his Master in Business Administration (MBA). He has previously worked at NBC Sports Philadelphia, the Philadelphia 76ers, and Conner Strong & Buckelew.

Tina’s passion is all about helping people protect their assets, building lasting relationships that leave customers feeling confident in knowing they have a true professional who supports and understands their insurance needs. Tina has been in the Insurance industry for over 20 years. She is a success driven professional who has led teams as an Agency Partner where she held numerous roles/responsibilities which increased revenue and leadership skills. In Tina’s current role she is focused on Property & Casualty and holds the title Agency Director with MPB Insurance & Risk Management, a division of Mid Penn Bancorp. She has a diverse and accomplished background and holds both a Life & Health and Property & Casualty License. Her current designations include CLCS and CISR Elite which add to her overall knowledge and ability to be a strategic thinker. As a community leader, she has held executive positions and coached in multiple sports associations. She currently participates in the Women’s Leadership Network at Mid Penn Bank and is a “Big Sister” through Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, Beyond School Walls.

Mr. Paese has over 35 years of experience in the Trust, Investment & Estate Planning industry. He currently is responsible for the Trust and Wealth Management Division of Mid Penn Bank which has over 20 offices located in Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, Northumberland, Schuylkill and Luzerne counties. Prior to join Mid Penn Bank, Mr. Paese was Managing Executive of FNB Investment Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor managing over $4 Billion in client assets. In June of 2000, Mr. Paese founded Legacy Trust Company and served as President & CEO for six years before FNB’s purchase of Legacy bank in 2006. While at Keystone Financial, Inc., from 1992 -1999, Mr. Paese served as the Managing Director of Martindale Andres (RIA) and Executive Vice President, of Pennsylvania National Bank Trust and Wealth Management Division. Mr. Paese is a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School and Shippensburg University. He earned his Certified Financial Planner designation 1989.
