My opportunities here at Mid Penn have been extremely rewarding. I am pleased to be part of a remarkable financial institution and the professionals that it assembled to make a remarkable team. As I now begin year 50 in my banking career, I could not think of a place that I would rather be, than here with my friends and colleagues at Mid Penn Bank.

I enjoy building relationships with customers and offering products or services that are beneficial to them. It is my goal, every day, to set an example of professionalism within the branch and go the extra mile for our customers. Mid Penn Bank is family-oriented, provides support and service to the community and has a robust employee engagement program. Everything about Mid Penn Bank makes it a great place to work! I know my direct manager is a great leader and I enjoy working with my co-workers. One of the first things that stuck out to me about Mid Penn was their involvement with and commitment to the community. I enjoy the many opportunities to volunteer and participate in fundraising and community events.

Mid Penn Bank gave me a chance with no banking experience. I am forever grateful and look forward to a successful career here. The team I work on is very supportive and helpful. There are many employee engagement activities throughout the year and they are all top notch! My favorites are the visit from the ice cream truck in the summer and our annual employee awards ceremony.

Mid Penn Bank has supported my professional growth by encouraging me to continue development in my field and has recognized my hard work with a recent promotion. I have also been given the opportunity to train new lending assistants. It is gratifying to see them become successful in their position.
