MID PENN BANK HIRES ROCHELLE GREY AS TRUST RELATIONSHIP MANAGER IN BERKS COUNTY REGION
Millersburg, Pa. – July 29, 2025. Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Rochelle Grey, CFP®, CTFA, has joined the Bank as vice president and trust relationship manager within its Trust and Wealth Management division. She will be based in the Wyomissing office and will serve clients throughout the Berks, Lehigh and Philadelphia areas, as well as New Jersey.
Grey brings more than 20 years of experience in wealth management, fiduciary services, investment planning, business succession and legacy planning. She most recently served as regional trust advisor at Truist Wealth, where she provided fiduciary guidance for client relationships throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland and was recognized as a top producer. Prior to that, she held senior advisory roles at RKL Wealth Management, Wells Fargo Private Bank and Wilmington Trust/M&T Investment Group.
Grey holds a Master of Business Administration from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Arts in business management from Alvernia University. She is both a Certified Financial Planner™ and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Active in the community, Grey currently serves as treasurer of the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley and the Berks Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association – Women Excelling, and she sits on the Power of the Purse Steering Committee. She is also a current member and past president of the Berks County Estate Planning Council, former president of the Rock Hollow Woods Environmental Learning Center, and a member of the Berks County Community Foundation’s Door Opener Society.
Grey resides in Exeter Township with her husband Glenn, and their son Shane. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on Penn State football, traveling and spending quality time with her family.
