MID PENN BANK HIRES MICHAEL FOX AS COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER

Millersburg, Pa. – April 13, 2026. Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Michael “Mike” Fox has joined the Bank as vice president and commercial loan officer. Based in the Bank’s Blue Bell office, Fox will support commercial clients throughout the greater Philadelphia area market with their financing needs and will report to Jared Utz, first senior vice president and regional president.
Fox brings more than 40 years of experience in banking and financial services. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and group manager at Univest Bank and Trust, where he led commercial lending teams supporting commercial, senior living, municipal and public funds clients. In that role, he worked closely with clients across all stages of the commercial lending process. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles across both the financial services and private sectors, including positions with Mellon Bank, Sumitomo Bank and PNC Bank, as well as executive leadership roles with privately held companies.
Fox earned a Bachelor of Science in economics with a minor in business administration from the University of Delaware. He has also been active in community and civic leadership, previously serving as chairman of the Montgomery Township Board of Supervisors, president of the Montgomery County Association of Township Officials, chairman of the Pennsylvania Stormwater Coalition, a board member of the Greater Valley Forge Transportation Management Association’s Communities in Motion program, and as an extraordinary minister at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish.
