MID PENN BANK HIRES DUSTIN SCHOENING AS CASH MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Millersburg, Pa. – June 15, 2026. Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Dustin Schoening

has joined the Bank as vice president and cash management officer. Based at the Bank’s Clearfield office, Schoening will support clients throughout the region by delivering cash management and treasury solutions. He will report to Dan Baronick, senior vice president and regional president.

Schoening most recently served as vice president and treasury management advisor at CNB Bank, where he built and managed a business banking portfolio in the State College market and provided treasury management solutions to commercial clients. During his tenure with CNB Bank, he also served as vice president and senior retail lender, community office manager, assistant community office manager and mortgage underwriter, gaining experience across lending, branch leadership and business development.

Schoening earned a master’s degree from Wilkes University and a bachelor’s degree in secondary education mathematics, with a minor in mathematics, from Penn State University. He is also a graduate of the Pennsylvania School of Banking and the CNB Leadership Institute and was recognized as a Foremost Under 40 honoree. Active in the community, Schoening serves as a board member for Kiwanis International, a member of the board of advisors for Housing Transitions, Inc., and helps lead the annual Philipsburg Kiwanis Golf Tournament.
