MID PENN BANK HIRES MARK KESSLER AS REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF PRIVATE BANKING

Millersburg, Pa. – June 16, 2026. Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Mark Kessler has joined the Bank as senior vice president and regional director of private banking. Based at the Bank’s Malvern Administrative Center, Kessler will lead private banking efforts throughout the region, providing customized banking and lending solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families. He will report to Jordan Space, president of the Private Bank and chief revenue officer of MPB Financial.

Kessler brings nearly two decades of experience in financial services, business development and relationship management. Most recently, he served as a vice president and private banker with PNC Private Bank, where he managed a portfolio of high-net-worth clients across multiple Philadelphia suburban markets and provided strategic deposit and lending solutions while supporting business development and new client acquisition. Earlier in his career, he held positions with Spectra by Comcast Spectacor, Comcast Cable and Goldman Sachs.

Kessler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Boston University School of Management with a concentration in finance. He has been part of the Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange, is involved with the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corp., and volunteers with Extra Life Charity in support of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
