MID PENN BANK NAMES RANDY WOLFE REGIONAL PRESIDENT IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEW JERSEY

(“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Randy Wolfe has been named regional president for the South Central New Jersey region. In his new role, Wolfe will lead the Bank’s retail and commercial banking efforts across the region and ensure customers and businesses have access to the expertise and resources needed to support their financial goals. He will report to First Senior Executive Vice President, President of Commercial and Consumer Banking, and Chief Revenue Officer Scott Micklewright.

Wolfe joined the Bank in February 2026 as commercial loan manager following its acquisition of 1st Colonial Community Bank (“1st Colonial”). He began his tenure with 1st Colonial in 2016 and went on to serve as director of commercial and retail banking before being named chief revenue officer. In that role, he oversaw SBA lending, retail banking and commercial noninterest revenue activities. Earlier in his career, Wolfe spent 13 years with Commerce Bank and Republic Bank, serving in various roles within operations, compliance and sales.

Wolfe earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Rowan University. He currently serves on the boards of the South Jersey Youth Lacrosse League and Merchantville Country Club.
