Mid Penn Bank Hires Cindy Jacobsen as Commercial Loan Manager in the Southeastern PA Region

HARRISBURG, Pa. – November 17, 2022.  Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), announces the hiring of Cindy Jacobsen as vice president and commercial loan manager in the Southeastern Pennsylvania market, effective October 31, 2022.

 

Ms. Jacobsen comes to the Bank from FNB Corporation, where she was a commercial lender and relationship manager in the greater Philadelphia Market. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Ms. Jacobsen has a proven track record of building new commercial relationships and providing tailored financing solutions to her clients. At the Bank, she will focus on business development in Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware counties and will be responsible for managing a growing team of lenders. Ms. Jacobsen will be based in the Bank’s Malvern administrative center and will report to Regional President Jared Utz.

Ms. Jacobsen holds a bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, and Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy College. She is an active member of her community. She serves on the LIFT Committee of the Liguori Academy, helping to raise EITC funding for the Philadelphia-based school. She is also a co-founder and board member of the West Chester Women’s Connection, an active board member of Home of the Sparrow, an ambassador to the Delaware Chamber of Commerce, and served as the sponsorship chair for the Hepatitis B Foundation of Doylestown, Bucks County.
