MID PENN BANK HIRES CHRISTINA DINGER AS DIRECTOR OF ENTERPRISE-WIDE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Christina “Tina” Dinger has joined the Bank as senior vice president and director of enterprise-wide project management. In this role, she will lead the Bank’s enterprise project management function to ensure strategic initiatives are carried out effectively. She will report to Justin Webb, chief financial officer and senior executive vice president.
Dinger brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services and project leadership. Most recently, she served as senior vice president, senior manager II of transformation delivery at M&T Bank, where she directed large-scale programs that advanced growth and operational efficiencies. Prior to that, she was head of enterprise project management at Northwest Bank, where she managed strategy execution, organizational change management, vendor selection, and process improvement.
“Tina brings a depth of knowledge and experience that will strengthen our ability to deliver on key initiatives across the Bank,” Webb said. “Her leadership will be an important part of driving our continued success and supporting the needs of our customers.”
Dinger holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University and an associate degree in computer information systems from Jamestown Community College. She has also earned certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). She currently serves as vice chair of the Warren Forest Higher Education Council Board of Directors and is an active member of the Zonta Club of Warren, a global organization dedicated to advancing the status of women through service and advocacy.
