Mid Penn Bank Hires Dan Baronick as Commercial Loan Manager in Western PA
Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), expands its commercial lending team in Western PA with the addition of Dan Baronick as commercial loan manager and senior vice president.
Baronick has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry and comes to the Bank from NexTier Bank, where he was the market manager for Central PA. In his new position, he has been tapped to enhance the footprint of the Bank throughout Western PA and will focus on further developing Mid Penn Bank as a competitive presence in the region. Baronick will report to Senior Vice President and Regional President John Kline.

Baronick attended Slippery Rock University and the PBA-Bucknell University School of Banking. He resides in DuBois and maintains a deep commitment to his community, having served on the boards of Make-A-Wish of Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia, the Mel Blount Youth Home, and the City of Dubois Civil Service Board. He is also a coach for DuBois Little League and an advisor for the City of DuBois in the UCAA Small College Baseball and Softball World Series.
