MID PENN BANK HIRES JEFFREY WOLFF AS CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Jeffrey WolffMid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Wolff, CPA, has been hired as senior vice president and chief accounting officer of the Bank, strengthening its finance and accounting leadership team.

Wolff comes to the Bank from Santander Bank, where he was director of close and consolidation, and has more than 20 years of accounting experience across the finance and manufacturing industries. At the Bank, he will be responsible for the company’s accounting function, including risk, reporting, and compliance. Wolff will report directly to Chief Financial Officer Justin Webb.

“Jeff is an excellent addition to our finance team, bringing a broad range of knowledge and experience,” Webb said. “We are excited to have him join us and know he will play a vital role in our future success.”

Wolff holds a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Villanova University and is a certified public accountant. Prior to his career in accounting, Wolff served honorably in the United States Marine Corps.
