Mid Penn Bank Hires New Regional President, Joseph N. Butto
Mid Penn Bank is proud to announce the appointment of Joseph N. Butto as Regional President for First Priority Bank, a division of Mid Penn Bank.
In his role, Butto will be responsible for all business development and customer service within the bank’s Berks County market. He will work with various business line leaders to develop and deliver an efficient and productive strategy for achieving sales and service goals.
Butto brings an invaluable 32 years of financial service experience with him to the Mid Penn Bank team. His most recent role prior to joining Mid Penn Bank was with Tompkins VIST Bank
as a Senior Vice President & Commercial Loan Manager.
Included in Butto’s community service are roles as a board member at both the Greater Berks Development Fund and the Greater Reading Economic Partnership, service as a member of the Finance Committee for the Reading Public Museum and service on the Dinner Development Committee for the Hawk Mountain Council.
A resident of Mohnton, Berks County, PA, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University.
