(“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Paul Lorenz has joined the Bank as a private banker and senior vice president in Western Pa., including the Pittsburgh metro area, effective June 26, 2023.

Lorenz has broad experience in the financial services industry and comes to the Bank from PNC Private Bank, where he was senior vice president and senior relationship manager. He led a team of investment advisors, bankers, and client service associates in various markets. In his new position with the Bank, he will report to Chief Corporate Development Officer and Executive Vice President Jordan Space.

Lorenz holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California University of Pennsylvania and FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses. He is also licensed to sell life, accident, and health insurance in Pennsylvania. A longtime resident of Western Pa., he is active in his community and has been recognized by his previous employers for consistently delivering for customers, colleagues, communities, and shareholders.
