MID PENN BANK HIRES SHANE MOSER AS COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER
Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Shane Moser has been hired as a commercial loan officer and vice president in the Lancaster Region of the Capital Market.
Moser comes to the Bank from C&N Bank, where he was a senior commercial relationship manager. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Moser has a proven record of building new commercial relationships and providing tailored solutions to his clients. At the Bank, he will focus on business development in the Lancaster region and will report to Regional President Justin Manning.
Moser has a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from Millersville University and a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University. He resides in Millersville, PA, and is an active member of his community. Moser is a Board Member and Membership Chair of the Rotary Club of Lancaster and is on the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Associated Builders and Contractors Keystone. He is also the former chairman of the Demuth Museum Board of Trustees and the former treasurer of Millcreek Sportsman’s Association.
