MID PENN BANK PROMOTES DICKINSON TO CHIEF OF STAFF
Mid Penn Bank is proud to announce that Joan Dickinson has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff.
In her new capacity as Chief of Staff, Dickinson will focus on leading the bank’s retail division. She will also have direct oversight of the Scottdale Bank, Miners Bank and Upper Dauphin County regions, as well as the bank’s cash management team.
Dickinson, who previously served as Lancaster Regional President, has been with Mid Penn Bank since 2013 focusing primarily on commercial lending and business development. Most notably, she has led a team in Lancaster County over the past year that has improved the bank’s presence and market share in the region.
Dickinson holds a Masters of Business Administration from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Moravian College. She has more than 30 years of financial services experience.
