MID PENN BANK RECEIVES REGULATORY APPROVAL TO OPEN DELAWARE COUNTY FINANCIAL CENTER
Millersburg, Pa., December 18, 2024 — Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (Nasdaq: MPB), has received approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to open a full-service retail financial center in Delaware County at 212 E. Lancaster Ave., Wayne, PA 19087. The new office is the Bank’s first full-service financial center in Delaware County and is scheduled to open in February 2025.
