Mid Penn Bank receives regulatory approval to relocate Allentown Boulevard branch

Mid Penn Bank, subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: MPB), has received approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to relocate its branch in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, from 5500 Allentown Boulevard to 5049 Jonestown Road.

Mid Penn expects to move to the new branch in June and has provided formal notification to customers to ensure a seamless transition. Customers will be provided the amenities of a full-service branch in a more accessible location.

Mid Penn currently has 38 branches serving Berks, Bucks, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Fayette, Lancaster, Luzerne, Montgomery, Northumberland, Schuylkill and Westmoreland counties.
