Scottdale Bank & Trust Hires Vice President & Retail Market Manager Tiffany R.M. Guittap
Scottdale Bank & Trust, a division of Mid Penn Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tiffany R.M. Guittap as Vice President & Retail Market Manager.
In her role, Guittap will be responsible for developing strategies that will help the bank meet financial goals while building and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the Westmoreland & Fayette Counties community. Guittap, who has received her FINRA Series 6 and Series 63, will also be providing investment and financial planning services, as a part of Mid Penn Financial Services.
Guittap resides in Uniontown, PA and brings 13 years of banking and financial consultancy experience with her to the Scottdale Bank & Trust team. Prior to joining Scottdale Bank & Trust, Guittap worked for WesBanco Bank, Inc./WesBanco Securities as a Licensed Business Development Manager/BCM, Officer in Northcentral West Virginia. A Connellsville, PA local, Tiffany’s banking roots started and grew with local financial institutions, including National City Bank / NatCity Investments, PNC Bank / PNC Investments, and First Niagara Bank / First Niagara Investment Services.
Her educational background includes California University of Pennsylvania for both undergraduate study in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and graduate study at the Institute of Law and Public Policy. Additionally, Tiffany holds a degree in Marketing Management and is a cohort graduate of the FayPenn, Fayette Leader’s Academy.
Guittap is dedicated to her community and serves as a chair of IMPACT Fayette, and the past chair of the Fayette Young Professionals Network, and she is also involved with the American Heart Association’s local executive committee, March of Dimes, FayPenn Economic Development Council, and the Fayette Chamber of Commerce, where she received both the 2017 Young Professional Leadership Award and the 2016 Superhero in Business award.
