COVID-19 UPDATE 3

To Our Customers and Our Communities:

By now, many of you may have seen the order from Governor Wolf mandating the closure of all non-life sustaining businesses throughout the Commonwealth, beginning at 8pm this evening. The Governor has appended to this directive, a list of companies that specifically meet the criteria of “life sustaining” or “non-life sustaining.”

We have reviewed the list extensively and Mid Penn Bank meets the criteria of a life sustaining business, in that we are a “Depository Credit Intermediation” company. Accordingly, Mid Penn Bank will remain open as previously communicated earlier in the week.

As always, please stay safe, and know that Mid Penn Bank is here for you.
