DO I HAVE TO BE ENROLLED IN ONLINE BANKING TO RECEIVE ALERTS?

In order to get alerts you must be an on-line banking customer. You can configure alerts through online banking or in our mobile banking app.

 

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO RECEIVE ALERTS?

Log on to online banking and select alerts. Once selected, you can choose from a variety of notifications under the Alert option

 

CAN I SET UP ALERTS FROM THE MOBILE BANKING APP?

To set up push notifications through our mobile banking app, log on, select More from the main menu, then alerts. Turn on push notifications and you can set up account alerts, security alerts and view your recent history of alerts sent.

 

CAN I USE ALERTS TO HELP GUARD AGAINST FRAUD?

We recommend that you set up Alerts to monitor account activity and stay informed about what’s happening in your accounts.

 

IS THERE A FEE TO RECEIVE ALERTS?

This is a free service. Text message and data fees may be charged by your service provider to receive text alerts.

 

CAN I CHOOSE NOT TO RECEIVE ALERTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?

Yes, each alert you choose has a “Do Not Disturb” option.
