Jordan joined Mid Penn Bank in April 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Development Officer. One of his first major initiatives was launching the Private Bank, which quickly became a highly successful and differentiated offering for the organization.

In March 2024, Jordan was promoted to President of the Private Bank and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. In that dual role, he oversaw Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, Credit Administration, Private Banking & Sports and Entertainment, Trust & Wealth Management, and MPB Insurance and Risk Management.

As of 2026, Jordan now serves as President of the Private Bank and Chief Revenue Officer of MPB Financial, where he leads enterprise-wide growth strategy across private banking, wealth management and insurance divisions while driving initiatives that strengthen operations and enhance service delivery for both bank and non-bank clients.

Before joining Mid Penn Bank, Jordan held several executive leadership positions, including serving as Chief Lending Officer and, separately, as Market President for a $2 billion market.

Jordan remains deeply committed to community leadership. He serves on the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Board of Trustees and the Governance Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee. He also remains active in Young Presidents Organization.

Lola Lamnatos joined Mid Penn Bank in 2023 as Vice President in the Central Pennsylvania region.  With over 20 years of managing relationships and business development experience in the financial services industry,  Lola is dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to both personal and business clients.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Classical Greek from Dickinson College.  Lola is president of her church board, a volunteer of the Salvation Army & York Food Bank and supports the community volunteer efforts of the bank.  She is also a graduate of Leadership York Executive Connections Program.  Lola is an avid sports fan and spends many hours volunteering and cheering on her children’s school and club soccer teams.

John Carpenter is Senior Vice President of Private Banking at Mid Penn Bank, where he helps lead both the Private Banking group and the Sports & Entertainment division. With nearly a decade of banking experience and over 15 years in business development, John is known for cultivating deep client relationships and delivering customized financial strategies for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and athletes.

He is actively involved in the community, serving as Chairman of the Board for the Lancaster Recreation Commission, a board member of Union Community Health, Chairman of Membership at the Hamilton Club of Lancaster, and a member of the Friends Committee for the Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education organization. John is currently pursuing executive education at The Wharton School. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth travel sports, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Alex Norcross joined Mid Penn Bank in 2024 as a Professional Development Associate in the Private Bank. He works closely with MPB Sports & Entertainment, a division within the MPB Private Bank. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the Lebow College of Business at Drexel University, he remained there to complete his Master in Business Administration (MBA). He has previously worked at NBC Sports Philadelphia, the Philadelphia 76ers, and Conner Strong & Buckelew.

Melissa Thompson joined Mid Penn Bank in 2023 as Private Client Services & Executive Assistant.  She has over 20 years of Client Services experience through varied industries and for the past 10 years she has been a local property manager, working with her tenants to achieve their dreams of buying the homes they were renting.  Melissa is a lifelong resident of Lancaster and enjoys hiking with her husband and their Mutley crew when they are not chauffeuring their daughters to dance classes and theater rehearsals.

Nina D. Melker joined Mid Penn Bank in 2025 as Senior Vice President in the Central NJ/Bucks County Pennsylvania region. She has been in the banking industry for the last forty-five years with a range of experience in retail and lending. Nina is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients both personal and business. She is very active in the community serving on numerous boards and committees. Some of the boards and committees she serves on include, RWJBARNABAS Board of Trustees in Hamilton and New Brunswick; Hamilton Education Foundation; Ryan’s Quest, Miracle League of Mercer County, Clara’s Heart and The Father Center of NJ.
