How did you get into banking?

During my time at Temple University, I interned at a real estate capital firm in 2020, where I gained experience in various aspects of banking, including client services and financing. Working in marketing helped me realize how many different roles are essential to have a bank run smoothly. Being born and raised in Harrisburg, I would always hear about the parades and volunteer events that Mid Penn Bank was involved in.

What do you like most about working for Mid Penn Bank?

My favorite part of working for Mid Penn Bank is interacting with different types of people across our footprint. From Catch the Wave events in Morrison’s Cove to our famous Millersburg Fireworks, I have the opportunity to meet individuals from all walks of life. It gives me a great feeling to know that we continue to give back to our communities, even as we expand.

What is one goal you set for yourself for 2025?

One goal I have set for myself in 2025 is to keep learning and building upon what I accomplished in 2024. While doing this, I am eager to take on more responsibilities and continue providing the best customer service, both internally and externally.

What do you like most about working in the marketing department?

What I enjoy most about working in the marketing department is that it’s constantly evolving, and I’m always involved in something different. Whether it is attending a Catch the Wave event or celebrating Camp Hill’s Memorial Day Parade, there is always something for me to assist with and I get to experience new tasks on a regular basis.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Hard work always pays off, especially when you have confidence in yourself. There will be obstacles along the way, but perseverance conquers.
